NCL Mission
"Fostering the mother-daughter relationship through an ongoing commitment to philanthropy, culture and leadership."

This Annual Communications Plan outlines the strategy, structure, and execution framework for all NCL Canyon Chapter communications during the 2026–2027 season. It serves as the operational roadmap for the VP Communications team, providing the board with clear visibility into how the chapter will communicate with members, engage the public, support philanthropies, and empower our Ticktocker® leadership program.

Our Mission in Communications
Every piece of content we produce — from a social caption to a press release — must reflect NCL's mission, uphold our brand standards, and protect our members' privacy. We communicate with purpose, warmth, and consistency.
What This Plan Covers
Team structure & responsibilities · Communications channels · Content strategy & pillars · 12-month calendar · Event kits · Ticktocker empowerment · Social media safety policy · Success metrics & approval process
2026–27 Chapter Theme
Saddle Up for Service — a Western/cowboy aesthetic that brings energy and community spirit to all visual communications. Theme graphics are chapter-season-specific and are never presented as standalone NCL logos.
Board Approval Requested
This plan is submitted for board review and approval. Once approved, the VP Communications team will execute against this framework, reporting progress quarterly. Any major scope changes require board notification.
