This Annual Communications Plan outlines the strategy, structure, and execution framework for all NCL Canyon Chapter communications during the 2026–2027 season. It serves as the operational roadmap for the VP Communications team, providing the board with clear visibility into how the chapter will communicate with members, engage the public, support philanthropies, and empower our Ticktocker® leadership program.

By approving this plan, the board authorizes the VP Communications team to execute against this framework for the 2026–2027 season. The VP Communications will report progress quarterly and notify the board of any material changes to scope, channels, or strategy.
